This onsite position provides full-time hours and the chance to work 1:1 with a medically fragile student requiring specialized nursing care. Your expertise with G-tube and tracheostomy procedures will ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of the student throughout their school day.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and valid Maryland RN license
• Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric patients preferred
• Demonstrated experience with G-tube and tracheostomy care (required)
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with school staff and family
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and remain proactive in care planning

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized nursing care for a middle school student with medical fragility
• Monitor and manage G-tube feedings and tracheostomy care per care plan
• Act as a health resource within the school environment, working closely with educators and parents
• Respond promptly to medical needs or emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that promotes student learning and well-being
