Licensed Administrator - Residential Elder Care Home

Licensed Administrator – Residential Elder Care Home We are seeking a dedicated licensed Administrator to lead the daily operations of our small residential elder care home. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the care home Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements Coordinate staffing schedules and resident care services Communicate with families, healthcare providers, and staff Maintain resident records and administrative documentation Foster a warm, respectful, and family‑centered atmosphere Qualifications: Licensed Administrator in elder care. Experience in elder care, assisted living, healthcare administration, or related field preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively Knowledge of state regulations for residential care homes is a plus Location If you are passionate about caring for seniors and leading with compassion, we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr North Carolina Assisted Living Association
