Overview We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist II (MT) to join our Hospital Clinical Laboratory team in Jacksonville, FL. In this vital role, you will perform complex laboratory tests, analyze specimens, and ensure accurate and timely results to support patient care. Responsibilities Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests across various departments, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols to maintain high standards of laboratory accuracy and safety. Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to optimize performance. Document test results accurately and communicate critical findings promptly to healthcare providers.
