Are you a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for shopping? We're on the hunt for an Assistant eCommerce Manager to join our awesome team! You'll be the wizard behind our online grocery platform, ensuring our customers have a magical shopping experience. Your mission involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and conjuring up strategies to boost online sales. You'll assist the eCommerce Manager in running the show, address customer inquiries, dive into data to uncover trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers to ensure orders are picked and packed efficiently. Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans.
