We also offer:Health, Dental & Vision InsuranceSupplemental Insurance401(k)Paid VacationPaid HolidaysCompany vehicle and tools needed for successSales Arborist Responsibilities:Build and maintain long-term relationships with residential, commercial, and municipal clientsConduct on-site property inspections and evaluate tree health and safetyDiagnose tree and shrub health issues, pests, and diseasesDevelop professional arboricultural recommendations following ANSI standardsPrepare accurate proposals and cost estimates for tree care servicesPresent recommendations and educate clients on proper tree carePartner closely with production crews to ensure successful project executionAttend networking events and business development functions to generate new opportunitiesConsistently achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer serviceSales Arborists Qualifications:ISA Certified Arborist (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days)2+ years of arboriculture experienceProven sales experience or strong customer relationship management skillsExcellent knowledge of tree identification, plant health care, pruning, removals, pest management, and diagnosticsAbility to prepare estimates and develop detailed client proposalsStrong communication and presentation skillsComfortable networking and developing new business opportunitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projectsValid Illinois Driver's License with a safe driving recordAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in an environmental or related field (preferred)Location: West Chicago, IL 60185 People Solutions Center
