Job Overview Biltmore ENT , a privately-owned ENT practice in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Hearing Aid Dispenser OR Audiologist to join our team in Tempe. Prepares exam rooms between patient appointments, sanitizes equipment, and ensures supplies are fully stocked. Shuts down all equipment in treatment rooms at the end of the day. Tracks orders to confirm that all equipment arrives in a timely manner ready for the patient fitting appointment. Maintains clinic records on hearing aids, ear molds, equipment repair, inventory, and supply maintenance. Requires a working knowledge of the auditory system and auditory rehabilitation. Experience & Skills Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients. Hearing Aid Dispenser OR Audiologist license active in the state of AZ. High School Diploma or GED. At least two years’ experience in an audiology or ENT office. Compensation Competitive salary with unlimited commission and bonus opportunities.
