Senior EPL Claims Counsel: Complex High-Exposure Claims

Sompo Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Claims Counsel, EPL for the US EPL Claims team. The role handles Employment Practices Liability claims, provides legal review and policy drafting support to Underwriting, and delivers insight on high‑exposure matters.
Based in any Sompo US office location, you will manage EPL claims, analyze coverage and damages, support underwriting with timely reports, and collaborate with the Global Claims Team on industry trends and complex matters.
