INTERNET MANAGER / DIGITAL SALES MANAGER

Pompano Beach, Florida

National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) is representing one of America's premier automotive dealerships in the search for an elite Internet Manager . This is not an entry-level opportunity. We are looking for a proven performer with a documented history of driving internet sales, generating leads, managing digital marketing, and building a high-performing online sales operation.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a true industry leader who has:

Minimum of 3 years of automotive Internet Manager experience
Strong social media marketing and content creation experience
Proven success increasing internet leads, appointments, and sales
Experience managing CRM systems and internet lead processes
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer follow-up skills
Ability to coach and motivate an internet sales team
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Stable employment history with a proven track record of success

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all internet sales operations
Maximize lead conversion and appointment-setting performance
Oversee CRM activity, lead distribution, and follow-up processes
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies
Create engaging short-form video content and digital campaigns
Monitor KPIs including response times, appointment ratios, closing percentages, and ROI
Work closely with sales management to drive showroom traffic and increase sales volume
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of automotive Internet Manager experience
Social media marketing experience required
CRM experience required
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
High level of accountability and professionalism
Results-driven with a history of exceeding performance goals
