Our client, a regional distribution center, is seeking a Dock Auditor to join their team. As a Dock Auditor, you will be part of the shipping and receiving operations supporting inventory accuracy and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with standard operating procedures—skills that will help you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift:Must be open to all shifts

What's the Job?

• Match picking sheets to probox placards and slide gate tags to ensure outbound accuracy.
• Audit proboxes and loads by checking for missing clips, confirming boxes are locked in place, and reviewing SU numbers on both sides to ensure they match.
• Verify product readiness by reviewing probox cleanliness, flagging issues (such as dirty proboxes or missing tags), and completing load inspection documentation.
• Count proboxes and pallets accurately, record totals on the appropriate lines after loading is complete, and ensure pallets are staged and stacked according to provided stacking guidelines.
• Support inbound and outbound shipment execution by auditing shipments, verifying inventory counts, checking and entering data, updating databases, and providing backup support for shipping and receiving as needed.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of inventory control and audit experience required; additional education may substitute for years of work experience.
• Ability to read, write, count, and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient data entry skills and comfort working with computers, email, and internet; prior SAP experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to talk, listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday plus overtime including some Saturdays as needed by the business (especially during peak season—January through April).
