Strong Endevor, FileManager, CA7, IDZ, GITLAB and TSODevelopment skills, Tool experience.Excellent debugging skillsGood understanding of third-party dependency management and transitive dependency issuesStrong knowledge on DB2 databaseUnderstanding of the software development life cycle/Agile development experienceExperience with implementation and release management activitiesGood understanding of unit/system and functional testing methodologiesExperience working in large transaction-based systemsExperience writing technical designsExperience documenting technical functionsStrong Communication and good leadership skillsHave a strong ability and interest in working with a diverse range of technical and non-technical teams.Strong proclivity to follow coding standards and execute a best practices approach in build processes.Nice to have: MQ knowledgeDesired Skills:Preferred Banking/credit cards domain knowledgeQuality leadership and mentoring skillsAbility to work under minimal supervisionAbility to foster strong collaboration among team members and multitask effectivelyAbility to investigate and recommend best practices and process improvementsDetail oriented and able to debug complex errors.Subject matter expert in: Programming, Implementation
