Symmetrio is recruiting for a Territory Manager - Neurosurgery on behalf of a confidential medical device company. This individual will be responsible for driving product adoption, utilization, and revenue growth across an assigned territory.

This role is best suited for a medical device sales professional with experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty , with the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving physicians, clinical teams, administrators, and purchasing stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be based in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and meet territory sales goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrative stakeholders.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support product adoption within target accounts.
• Present product value, clinical benefits, and economic impact to key decision-makers.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder hospital sales cycles from prospecting through close.
• Develop territory plans, forecasts, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Partner with internal clinical, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to support account growth.
• Represent the company at hospital meetings, workshops, trade shows, and customer events.

Compensation

$150,000 base salary + $150,000 variable compensation at plan

OTE: $300,000

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Experience selling into neurosurgery, radiation oncology, or a related hospital-based specialty preferred.
• Proven success managing complex physician and hospital sales cycles.
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze markets, develop territory strategy, and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel 50%+ as needed.
