Location Dental365 West Islip 440 Montauk Hwy, West Islip, NY 11795 Hiring Schedule Tuesday: 10:00am-6:00pm Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm Thursday: 10:00am-7:00pm Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm Saturday: 9:00am-3:00pm Flexible to swap a weekday off with Mondays. Minimum availability for every other Saturday. Candidates available for all Saturdays will be prioritized. Responsibilities Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, delivering optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership: Work with non‑clinical teams—Talent, Finance, HR, IT—to optimize practice operations. Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing overall experience. Qualifications DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university with an active state license in good standing. At least 1-2 years of clinical experience post‑residency preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply. Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
