Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Cath Lab to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform right and left heart catheterizations and assist in complex procedures including PCI, CTO, and MitralClip.
• Monitor patients during procedures ensuring adherence to procedural protocols and patient safety guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain instruments and equipment in the cath lab, ensuring readiness for procedures.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatments and post-procedural care.
• Participate in on-call rotations including nights and weekends as scheduled.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams in a high-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a cath lab setting, including scrub experience preferred.
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license at the time of contract.
• Certification in ACLS and BLS required; radiation badge must be provided by the agency.
• Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred.
