Purchasing & Inventory SpecialistFresh Roasted Coffee LLC - Sunbury, PA (on-site)Full-time | Monday–Friday, day shiftAs our Purchasing & Inventory Specialist, you'll buy the packaging, supplies, ingredients, and equipment that keep production running, and you'll be the person who makes sure our inventory numbers are actually right. You'll work directly with our owner, our production and warehouse teams, and our suppliers..What You'll Do•Purchase packaging, production supplies, ingredients, maintenance items, and equipment to support the production schedule•Source and evaluate suppliers on price, quality, lead time, and reliability, and negotiate better terms•Create and manage purchase orders in our ERP system, then track them through delivery•Chase down and resolve short shipments, damages, pricing errors, and invoice discrepancies•Track supplier performance on on-time delivery, fill rate, and quality•Keep inventory records accurate through cycle counts, physical inventories, and root-cause work on discrepancies•Set and maintain reorder points and safety stock so we don't run out and don't over-buy•Manage FIFO rotation, lot records, and expiration dating•Support green coffee purchasing on the administrative side: order entry, contract tracking, and receipts•Build reports on spend, price variance, inventory turns, and open orders•Help out with receiving, put-away, and transfers, including forklift workWhat We're Looking For•2–3 years of combined purchasing, procurement, or inventory experience•Experience in manufacturing, food, or beverage is a strong plus•Comfortable in an ERP or inventory system, and genuinely good in Excel•Detail-oriented in a way that shows up in your records, not just on your resume•Willing and able to negotiate, follow up, and hold suppliers to their commitments•Able to work independently and prioritize when production, warehouse, and accounting all need something at once•Valid driver's license and clean driving record•Forklift experience preferred•A degree in supply chain, logistics, or business is strongly preferredWhy Join Fresh Roasted Coffee?Growth & StabilityWe're not just growing, we're scaling smartly and sustainably.
