Voluntary Benefits Consultant: Build Partnerships & Growth
StanCorp Financial Group
The Standard is seeking a Voluntary Employee Benefits Consultant to partner with Sales, Underwriting and Product teams. This role covers Michigan, Northern Ohio and Pittsburgh markets, driving RFP responses, pricing discussions and implementation planning for clients and prospects.
You will build partnerships with brokers, enrollment firms and technology partners, deliver trainings, and analyze market trends to support The Standard’s voluntary product portfolio and growth objectives.
