Merging an upscale restaurant with a modern social club, this multi-sensory brand is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial General Manager to anchor our newest location and lead a successful opening. Key Responsibilities Total Operational Ownership: Oversee all FOH & BOH operations, fostering a high-volume, premium service culture. Financial Accountability: Own the full restaurant P&L ($6M+), managing budgets, forecasting, and labor/prime costs via Toast and Restaurant 365. Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a large hourly staff and 5 salaried managers to build a strong localized leadership bench. Brand Culture: Maintain uncompromising standards for scratch culinary, artisan cocktails, and nightlife-adjacent energy. Local Strategy: Drive local marketing, manage vendor networks, and lead with a hands‑on, ego‐free approach. Position Requirements Experience: 3+ years as a General Manager, Managing Partner, or AGM in a high-volume ($6M+), upscale, or fine dining environment. Operational Scope: Deep, well‑rounded expertise across both FOH hospitality and BOH workflows. Financial Acumen: Proven track record of controlling prime costs, optimizing P&Ls, and hitting aggressive KPI targets. Leadership Style: Inspirational communicator capable of driving accountability while maintaining a high‑energy, service‑first culture. Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 (dependent on experience) Bonus: Up to 20% performance bonus paid quarterly. Time Off: 2 weeks PTO + corporate holiday matching.
