Warehouse Operator

• Order Fulfillment & Packing
• Accurately select, check, and pack customer orders according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Verify chemicals, catalog numbers, lot numbers, unit sizes, weights, and special requests against order documentation.
• Apply proper labeling, markings, and hazardous material packaging in full compliance with hazard regulations.
• Operate packaging equipment, tape machines, RF scanners, and cutting tools safely.
• Stage completed orders and finished boxes in appropriate facility areas for metering and shipping.
• Inbound Logistics & Inventory Management
• Unpack, verify, and restock inbound shipments following standard receiving instructions.
• Perform shelf maintenance and audit stock areas to ensure accurate inventory levels and correct product locations.
• Utilize SAP software to manage inventory, track orders, and log received materials.
• Facility Maintenance & Safety
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation, packing area, and stock location.
• Keep packaging materials safely organized and properly stored.
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris in work and stock areas.
• Key Skills & Physical Requirements
• Core Competencies: Strong written and verbal English communication; proficient with PCs, printers, computer monitors, phones, and SAP; skilled in operating RF scanners, pallet jacks, and selecting carts.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours; occasionally stoop, kneel, twist, crouch, or reach; regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Qualifications: Strong visual acuity (color, depth, and close/distance vision) and exemplary attendance and adherence to scheduling.
