Pharmacist in New York Mills, MN

A specialty pharmacy in Wadena, MN is seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a contract assignment lasting 13+ weeks. This role involves a combination of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties, providing diverse experience in patient care and medication management.


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Closed weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage dispensing and daily pharmacy operations
• Provide long-term care pharmacy services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Counsel patients and healthcare providers on medication therapies
• Participate in immunization administration and counseling as needed

Qualifications:

• Minnesota Pharmacist License required
• Immunization certification
• CPR certification
• PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
