Case Manager - Shelter Services & Housing Support
Family Of Woodstock
Family of Woodstock, Inc. in Kingston, NY seeks a Case Manager for the Darmstadt Shelter for Single Adults. This role helps clients meet their needs for DSS, programming, and housing access.
You will coordinate services with DSS, Mental Health, and Drug & Alcohol programs, provide crisis counseling, maintain records, and transport clients to appointments using the agency vehicle. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour week schedule.
