We’re not a big-box gym. We’re a coaching-based fitness community focused on personalized training, accountability, and meaningful relationships. Our team is passionate about helping people truly change their lives — and we’re looking for a coach who wants to make an impact every single day.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach one-on-one and semi-private personal training sessions
• Build relationships that keep clients motivated, engaged, and excited to train
• Perform fitness assessments and help clients set realistic, measurable goals
• Design customized programs based on each client’s needs, limitations, and goals
• Provide accountability, encouragement, and lifestyle guidance beyond the workout
• Track client progress and celebrate wins along the way
• Help create a welcoming, positive, high-energy environment where clients feel supported and successful
• Collaborate with a growing team that values professionalism, growth, and community

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive energy and the ability to motivate others
• Passion for helping adults improve their quality of life through fitness
• Organized, dependable, and growth-minded
• CPR/AED certified
