The Integration Solutions, Material Handling Equipment Sales Representative is responsible for driving

\n

sales growth and developing new business opportunities within an assigned territory by building and

\n

managing a strong pipeline of prospects and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

\n

\n

The role involves working closely with customers, internal Engineering teams, and vendor partners to

\n

design and deliver customized material handling and automation solutions, including conveyors, in-plant

\n

lifts, and related equipment. A key focus is understanding customer requirements, developing technical

\n

solutions, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact through to project delivery and follow through. The position also requires active engagement in the industry by attending events, staying current

\n

on new technologies and innovations, and developing strong relationships across all levels of customer

\n

organizations.

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Drive Sales Growth: Build and manage a solid pipeline of new business opportunities. Use your industry
\n

\n

contacts to get leads to achieve or exceed your sales.

\n

\n
• Develop Customer Based Solutions: Work closely with customers, our Engineering Team, and vendor
\n

\n

partners to design, sell and deliver material handling automation solutions tailored for each customer.

\n

\n
• Tactical Engagement: Grow profound relationships with customers at all levels of their organization.
\n

\n

Promote and nurture trust and long-term partnerships with customers by follow-through and project

\n

success.

\n

\n
• Strategic Engagement: Attend industry events and engage with vendor partners. Constantly learn about
\n

\n

new innovations in the industry. Learn about the vendors and the industries that they serve.

\n

\n
• Own your Sales Territory: Prospect constantly, generate leads, conduct meaningful sales calls, and
\n

\n

close deals to exceed sales goals. This will require overnight travel. Always be talking to your customers.

\n

\n
• Tech-Savvy: Use MS Office, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and basic CAD knowledge with AutoCAD
\n

\n

and/or SolidWorks to solve customer problems and drive sales.

\n

\n

Required Skills/Experience:

\n

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales Material Handling / Conveyor experience

\n

• Additionally, experience with the following conveyor brands is a plus.

\n

o Alba

\n

o Dorner

\n

o Hytrol

\n

o Roach

\n

o SpanTech

\n

• Additional product-specific knowledge of

\n

o Dock Lifts and Ergonomic Lifts is an asset,

\n

o General controls knowledge, knowing how and where to apply devices and why.

\n

o PLC experience a plus

\n

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and qualification requirements,

\n

Manufacturing, assembly, or automation work experience is a plus.

\n

• Attention to detail and ability to do highly accurate work consistently,

\n

• Able to adapt to a changing environment,

\n

• Logical approach to problem solving. Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks/activities at the

\n

same time,

\n

• Ability to understand, define and analyze data content and generate reports,

\n

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all

\n

levels.

\n

• Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite, and knowledge /

\n

understanding of: Blueprints, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Hy CAD or RCAD is a plus.
