Role Overview

As an In-Home Closer, you will be responsible for managing scheduled appointments with pre-qualified leads. Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough in-home consultations, demonstrating our high-quality building and construction services, and skillfully guiding customers through the decision-making process to close sales. This role is critical to our growth and requires a professional who can represent NuFace Home Improvements with integrity and expertise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in their homes, building immediate rapport and trust.
• Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
• Present and demonstrate NuFace Home Improvements' products and services in a clear, compelling, and consultative manner.
• Address customer questions and overcome objections with confidence and expertise.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide prospects towards a purchase decision.
• Finalize sales agreements and ensure a smooth transition for the customer.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Based on performance, weekly earnings can range from $2,500 to $7,000 USD. Your success is directly tied to your ability to close deals, offering a rewarding financial outcome for motivated individuals.
