Patient Care Coordinator

About Us: Back 2 Basics Dentistry has been a cornerstone in the Clarksville community for over 25 years, providing exceptional dental care with a personal touch. We prioritize honesty, respect, communication, and compassion to deliver superlative results for our patients. Position Type: Full-Time. Previous experience in a dental setting is REQUIRED . Bilingual Preferred. Looking to start on December 14th 2026. Treatment plan review experience preferred. Responsibilities: As a Patient Care Coordinator at Back 2 Basics Dentistry, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and positive experience throughout their dental care journey. Your responsibilities will include: Patient Interaction: Discussing treatment plans and addressing patient queries with clarity and empathy. Assisting patients in navigating their experience within the practice. Administrative Tasks: Answering phones and managing patient inquiries. Scheduling appointments efficiently and coordinating with the dental team. Handling insurance-related tasks and other data collection as necessary. Accurately posting charges and collecting funds from patients. Communication and Problem-Solving: Utilizing exceptional communication skills to facilitate smooth communication between patients and the dental team. Proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure patient satisfaction. Dental Terminology and Computer Skills: Demonstrating knowledge of dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and dental professionals. Comfortably navigating computer systems to input and retrieve relevant patient information. Eaglesoft experience preferred. Treatment plan review experience. Professional Demeanor: Maintaining a pleasant smile and demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Proficiency in dental terminology. Comfort with computer systems and data management. Previous experience in a dental setting is REQUIRED . Bilingual Preferred. Treatment plan review experience preferred. Eaglesoft experience is a plus!
