About the Role

Our Customer Success organization is at the heart of BrightEdge, helping customers get the most value from our digital marketing technology. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll work directly with new customers as they begin using the BrightEdge platform, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping them build a strong foundation for success.

You'll learn our platform and the technology behind it, including how SEO, AI, and search are evolving, and then translate that knowledge into clear, engaging customer conversations. You'll lead onboarding sessions, answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and help customers understand how to apply the platform to their own goals.

This is an opportunity to gain meaningful experience in customer communication, presentation, problem-solving, technology, analytics, and digital marketing — with structured training, coaching, and support to help you build those skills and grow within BrightEdge.

How you'll spend your time:

• Lead customer onboarding : Conduct virtual training sessions that introduce new customers to the BrightEdge platform and its core capabilities.
• Build platform expertise : Develop a strong understanding of BrightEdge's technology and stay current as the digital marketing and search landscape evolves.
• Solve problems : Respond to customer questions, identify challenges, and work through solutions to help customers successfully navigate the platform.
• Drive adoption: Help customers become comfortable using the platform and establish the foundation for long-term success.
• Manage the onboarding process : Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, training materials, and other onboarding activities to keep customers moving forward.
• Continue developing : Receive regular coaching and feedback while building the communication, analytical, presentation, and customer management skills needed to grow your career.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Passion and curiosity about technology, digital marketing, AI, or the evolving search landscape
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new technology quickly and explain it clearly to others
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Coachable mindset and genuine interest in working with customers
• Experience in marketing technology, analytics, or a customer-facing role is a plus

This role offers a base salary plus a quarterly performance bonus on an 80/20 split. The listed range reflects the total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position (base + bonus). Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
