About the Role Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance the in-store presentation and brand image at their locations in and around George . You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and store layouts that attract customers and drive sales. This role involves a blend of in-store execution and strategic planning, requiring visits to various retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong understanding of retail trends, and the ability to translate brand concepts into compelling visual experiences that resonate with shoppers. Key Responsibilities Design and implement attractive in-store visual displays, window presentations, and merchandising layouts according to brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop seasonal and promotional visual merchandising strategies. Ensure all retail spaces are well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing at all times. Manage inventory of visual merchandising materials and props, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment. Stay updated on the latest visual merchandising trends , competitor activities, and customer preferences. Train and guide store staff on effective visual merchandising techniques and brand presentation standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar visual display role. Strong portfolio showcasing successful visual merchandising projects and store layouts. Excellent understanding of color theory, space planning, and layout design principles. Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with occasional travel to different store locations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store teams and management.
