Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience or familiarity with school-based therapy practices preferred
• Knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with educators, students, and families
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under supervision of an SLP
• Implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans within the school environment
• Document and track student progress, assisting with data collection and reporting
• Support students with speech, language, and communication challenges in classroom and small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Participate in school meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning as needed
