Remote HR Services Analyst - Leaves, Compliance & Support
CNO Financial Group
CNO Financial Group, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, is hiring an Associate Services Analyst to support daily Human Resources operations. You will coordinate MyHR inquiries, manage leave and accommodation programs, unemployment processes, and related administrative duties while maintaining a strong customer-service mindset. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's in HR or related field, knowledge of employment laws, MS Office proficiency, and at least one year of experience.
