Hourly Production Responsibilities Position requires individual to cut, trim, and fabricate wholesale beef products in a production line setting Functional Requirements Ability to lift, push, and pull product repetitively in a hot and/or cold assembly line environment Ability to work with sharp instruments Must maintain good personal hygiene Depts Include Fabrication, Slaughter, Case Ready, Ground Beef, Material Handling, Rendering, and Sanitation The Cactus operation is a two-shift, beef processing facility and distribution center located in the panhandle of Texas. Employs a total of 3,023 team members. Cactus is a key beef export plant, exporting approximately 23% of production to different countries including Japan, Mexico and Chile. The Cactus operation is a two-shift, beef processing facility and distribution center located in the panhandle of Texas. Employs a total of 3,023 team members. Cactus is a key beef export plant, exporting approximately 23% of production to different countries including Japan, Mexico and Chile.
