Procurement AnalystThe Role at a Glance:We are looking to add a Procurement Analyst to our Trio Community Meals team. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for driving procurement efficiency, supporting infrastructure-related procurement needs, and leveraging business intelligence tools to deliver data-driven insights. This role combines analytical expertise, process optimization, and technical knowledge to enhance procurement and infrastructure operations while aligning with organizational goals.What You'll Be Doing:Infrastructure SupportManage procurement activities for infrastructure-related projects, including IT systems, hardware, and facilities.Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and budgets in infrastructure procurement.Collaborate with technical teams to understand infrastructure requirements and negotiate contracts with vendors.Oversee contract renewals and vendor performance evaluations.Routine Decision MakingDetermine data analysis methods to identify procurement inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.Recommend supplier strategies based on performance metrics and market trends.Decide on the design and updates of BI dashboards to align with organizational goals.Make informed choices regarding vendor selection, contract negotiation, and procurement alignment with budgets.Evaluate infrastructure-related procurement processes and suggest improvements.What We're Looking For:Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, infrastructure management, business intelligence, or a similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on interpreting complex datasets.Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Microsoft Excel.Solid understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.Knowledge of infrastructure procurement, including IT systems and facilities.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Our Benefits:Medical (FT Employees)DentalVisionVoluntary UNUM offering for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital IndemnityDiscount ProgramCommuter Benefits (Parking and Transit)EAP401kSick TimeHoliday Pay (9 paid holidays)Tuition Reimbursement (FT Employees)Paid Time OffAbout Trio-Community Meals:A career with Trio is a career spent focused on your community.
