Mid to Senior Real Estate Associate – Denver, CO
Direct Counsel represents an Am Law 100 firm seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its Denver office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial real estate attorney to take on significant responsibility and independently manage sophisticated transactions .
Position Highlights- 4–7 years of commercial real estate experience
- Hybrid | Denver, CO
- Experience with:
- Acquisitions & dispositions
- Real estate finance
- Leasing
- Joint ventures & development
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts
- Ability to run transactions with minimal oversight
- Investment fund experience is a plus
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Colorado Bar admission required
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and business-minded attorney who is ready to take ownership of transactions and work directly with clients in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits$220,000–$270,000 annually , depending on experience and other factors.
