Job Title:.NET Application Developer

We are seeking a.NET Application Developer to join a collaborative Enterprise Applications team responsible for supporting and enhancing critical business systems. This role will focus on Azure cloud-native applications, .NET development, application integrations, and operational support across internally developed and third-party business applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who enjoys troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, supporting production systems, and contributing to new development initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work across cloud technologies, application development, integrations, and enterprise business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance.NET Core and.NET 8 applications, including Web Forms and Web API solutions.
• Support Azure cloud-native applications and related services.
• Develop and maintain Blazor and NodeJS-based application components.
• Assist in designing, building, and supporting application-to-application integrations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide support for business-critical applications and related infrastructure.

Cloud & Integration Services

• Support and configure Azure cloud services and related resources.
• Develop and support integrations utilizing Azure Service Bus and APIs.
• Assist with cloud modernization efforts and implementation of new platform capabilities.
• Participate in application deployment activities and production releases.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve system performance, stability, and scalability.

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Gather, document, and clarify business and technical requirements for new enhancements and projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to analyze problems, propose solutions, and support implementation efforts.
• Perform data analysis to support operational and development initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as needed.

Release Management & Continuous Improvement

• Support CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment activities.
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance efforts.
• Recommend improvements to applications, integrations, and operational processes.
• Contribute independently while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional development experience.
• Experience with Azure Cloud configuration and administration.
• Experience developing applications using.NET Core and.NET 8.
• Experience with Blazor and NodeJS.
• Experience developing or supporting Web Forms and Web API applications.
• Experience working with Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Experience consuming and integrating APIs.
• Experience with SharePoint Online.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and integration patterns.
