The Role
As a Lead Plumbing Installer, you will oversee and perform residential plumbing installation projects while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who is confident leading install jobs, communicating with homeowners, and helping train or guide helpers on projects.
Responsibilities
Lead and complete residential plumbing installation projects
Install water heaters, tankless systems, fixtures, water lines, drain lines, sump pumps, and repipes
Assist with sewer replacements, drain reroutes, and larger plumbing projects as needed
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout projects
Coordinate with helpers and team members to complete projects efficiently
Troubleshoot issues and adjust installations as needed in the field
Complete accurate paperwork and job documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and inventoried company vehicle
Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service on every project
What Were Looking For
3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred
Experience leading install projects or helping oversee helpers/apprentices
Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installations
Experience with repipes, water heaters, tankless systems, and drain work preferred
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Experience with tablets or service software is a plus
