Database Administrator II What You’ll Be Doing Ensure all database related problems assigned by the Oracle DBA Lead are resolved in a timely manner to minimize user impact. Coordinate and perform Oracle Clones, Application Installation Patches, and Upgrades. Conduct root cause analysis on persistent or major database related problems. Perform application maintenance as required. Research application issues (SRs). Provide on‑call support for project and production environments. Support maintenance outages throughout the year. What We Are Looking For Oracle Apps DBA with 6–9 years of experience. Production support experience with Oracle 11g/12c/19g databases, and expertise with Oracle’s RAC, ASM, and RMAN. Administration of Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.1.3 and R12.2.9 or other enterprise applications as an App DBA. Good knowledge of incidents, requests, and change management processes. Experience with ticketing systems and ERP monitoring systems. Strong troubleshooting skills. On‑call support for project and production environments. Support maintenance outages throughout the year. Willingness to work 24×7 shifts and scheduled weekend activities such as upgrades and patches. Experience with Oracle middleware technologies (OAM, OIM, IDM, SOA, Hyperion, BI/OBIEE, EPM, and WebCenter). Experience/knowledge of products like Demantra and Golden Gate.
