Job DescriptionAttorney\ncompensation:D.O.E.\nemployment type:full-time\n\nThe Whipple Law Group, PLLC, is a growing law firm, focused in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law. Located in Spokane Washington, we are seeking an associate attorney, preferably with experience in the areas of probate, estate planning, land use, contract, or guardianship law.The position is full-time and in office. Applicant’s schedule will need to accommodate 8-5 weekday schedule. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask, works well in a collaborative environment, and prioritizes client satisfaction in their representation. Our office boasts a collaborative and education-oriented environment. As a small firm we look to attract the right person for our team who shares our client-first approach to law.\n\nResponsibilities\n· Manage and coordinate a busy caseload\n· Provide competent and zealous advocacy to clients\n· Maintain client relationships\n· Prepare legal documents\n· Represent client interests in a courtroom setting\n\nRequirements;\n· Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school\n· Good standing with the Washington State Bar.
