Role Overview A bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is needed to join our Endocrinology team in a 100% outpatient setting, serving adult patients with endocrine and diabetes conditions. Compensation $158,000 – $193,000 base salary plus productivity incentives Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 (no call) Outpatient only – adults (18+) Team Structure 2 Endocrinologists (adding a 3rd) 5 APPs + 3 CDCES Pediatric Endocrinology partnership with UCSF Dedicated Social Worker Responsibilities Manage endocrine and diabetes care in an outpatient setting Collaborate with physicians and diabetes educators Focus on follow‑ups, treatment plans, and care coordination Qualifications Certified NP or PA Spanish proficiency required Open to new graduates or experienced providers Strong clinical and communication skills Benefits 30 days paid time off $2,000 CME budget and 5 additional days free time Full benefits package and 401(k) match Malpractice coverage through BETA Healthcare Group Location Salinas, California – central location with easy access to San Francisco and San Jose, situated eight miles from the Pacific Ocean. #J-18808-Ljbffr AMN Healthcare
