Growing together.As a Full-Time Specialty Pharmacy Technician with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.Pharmacy Location: Located within Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, plus rotating Saturday coverage (8:00 AM-2:00 PM).Primary Responsibilities:Prepare and dispense medications accurately under pharmacist supervisionEnter, review, and process outpatient prescription ordersAssist with procurement, handling, and inventory management of specialty medicationsProvide excellent customer service, including answering patient questions, coordinating refills, and supporting medication adherenceCommunicate effectively with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely medication access and deliveryMaintain compliance with all pharmacy policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentRecent experience working as a Pharmacy TechnicianProficiency with pharmacy systems and softwarePreferred Qualifications:Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB/CPhT)1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experienceExperience in a hospital and/or outpatient settingPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment.
