We are the only manufacturer that offers a complete system of cast iron, PVC, CPVC, ABS and FlowGuard Gold pipe and fittings for residential, commercial plumbing systems and industrial applications. Summary: Each Processor is responsible for the operation of a set of molding machines assigned to him/her. This includes shut down, purging, start up, restart, part inspection, etc. Each Processor will trouble shoot the molding machines for necessary adjustments (heat, injection, pressure, time, etc.). Each Processor is responsible for Safety 5S housekeeping of his/her machines and work area. General Job Description: The requirements that an individual must absolutely possess to perform the essential functions of the job. Review production schedule for each machine Prepare machine(s) for mold changes as needed (purge machine and update production records) Restart machine(s) for all types of material after mold changes are made (proper settings and product inspection) Review output of molding machines to ensure that efficiency and quality standards are met Communicate with technician for feedback on machine performance Take corrective action in response to machine malfunctions. P.M. all molds once each shift. Check for any damage.
