Pharmacist in charge, fulfillment center

As a Pharmacist in Charge, Fulfillment Center at our Walgreens fulfillment center, you will serve as a pivotal leader, mentor, and coach to others. You will handle responsibilities associated with compliance, board of pharmacy, and overseeing facility operations. You will help team members unlock their full potential through personalized guidance and professional development. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes as you foster a culture of excellence within our closed-door pharmacy setting. You will build and nurture meaningful relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, but you will not be expected to interact with patients, doctors, or insurance companies. This position is located at our climate-controlled, closed-door pharmacy facility featuring advanced automation technology and modern amenities.Flexibility to work day and evening shifts, along with weekends, would be required in this position.About Walgreens Basic Qualifications licensure in multiple states within six months of position start date in order to service as PIC for facility licensing across multiple states.
