Step into an exciting opportunity providing occupational therapy services to K-12 students for a six-week leave coverage assignment beginning mid-October. This full-time contract position offers the chance to work in a collaborative educational environment across 2-3 local school sites, impacting the lives of approximately 80 students.

As a highly skilled OT, your expertise will help students achieve greater independence and success in their school activities. You'll deliver individualized and group therapy, assist in developing IEPs, and collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to create a positive and inclusive learning experience. Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong understanding of educational therapy, IEP processes, and family/school collaboration
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel between sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as prescribed
• Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student records and progress
• Consult with educators and families regarding strategies and adaptations
• Manage an 80-student caseload across multiple sites
