Clinical Integrity Officer (BCBA)

divh2Clinical Integrity Officer/h2pThe role of the Clinical Integrity Officer is to oversee and develop the organizations clinical departments and ensure the clinical integrity of the applied behavior therapy guidelines./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide clinical oversight and implement quality assurance processes for the clinical teams across 2 center locations/liliWork in close collaboration with assigned VP of Clinical Operations attend weekly meetings with VP and other meetings as needed/liliWork in close collaboration with Regional Director of Operation (RDO) and assigned VP of Operations attend weekly meetings with RDO and other regional meetings as needed/liliProvide ongoing positive and constructive feedback to all clinical team members to support their growth and adherence to InBlooms standards of client care/liliWeekly travel between assigned center locations/liliSchedule and facilitate new hire BCBA training (per new hire BCBA training checklist)/liliMonitor quality of Learning Readiness Program (LRP), social skills groups, circle times, and other programs implemented in each assigned location/liliTreatment plan and BIP reviews/liliSupport w/ assessments as needed (reviewing onboarding documents with caregivers)/liliAssign and continually evaluate and coordinate BCBA caseloads/liliMonitor BCBA productivity and ensure productivity goals are consistently met (i.e. average of 28 billable hours per week)/liliConduct all BCBA interviews (RBT interviews, as needed) and work in collaboration with recruiting to communicate hiring needs and to support the hiring process/liliEnsure proper maintenance of all client medical records and documentation requirements/liliConduct overlaps of BCBA supervision / parent training sessions to monitor quality / support with areas of need/liliCoordinate and host bi-weekly BCBA meeting for each assigned location/liliConduct weekly, biweekly, or monthly meetings with BCBAs to review clinical needs of caseload, client progress, BCBA performance, etc./liliMonitor and support quality of client programming and progress via Programming Checklist/liliMonitor and support RBT supervision via Supervision Checklist, or other applicable documentation/liliSupport BCBAs with parent adherence to required caregiver training/liliMonitor and support quality of BCBAs parent training, via overlaps and other applicable resources / documentation/liliComplete BCBA Monthly Performance checklist/liliComplete BCBA Quarterly Performance reviews/liliComplete BCBA CR session note reviews/liliSupport BCBAs with the process of parent contracts and attend parent contract meetings, as needed/liliEstablish weekly meetings with Senior Clinical Supervisor (SCS)/liliMonitor and support the quality of student / Student Analyst training experiences that are facilitated by the BCBAs and SCSs/liliImplement disciplinary action with clinical team members, as needed (in collaboration with HR)/liliTermination of clinical team members, as needed (in collaboration with HR)/liliCoordinate and support facilitation of events to support team morale and team-building, in collaboration with center-based clinical and operations team members/liliMaintain a small caseload (if applicable / depending upon center assignments)/liliAttend monthly CIO meeting/liliModel and uphold the highest standards of ethical and quality care for clients and families/liliModel and uphold the highest standards of ethical and quality oversight of clinical team members/liliFoster BCBA independence with InBlooms requirements, expectations, and standards of client and RBT oversight / service provision / work culture / professionalism / morale and ethical behavior/liliMaintain a leadership style that includes but is not limited to: remaining approachable, consistent, reliable, accessible, communicative, humble, supportive, positive, compassionate, conscientious, accountable, innovative, resourceful/liliPerform other duties as assigned/li/ulh3Supervisory Responsibilities/h3ulliSupervise BCBAs/liliParticipate in monthly supervision overlaps with BCBAs/liliHold weekly / biweekly / monthly 1:1 meetings with BCBAs/liliHost biweekly group BCBA meetings/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliBACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required/liliA Masters degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices/liliDisplays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis/liliA minimum of three years working with children with autism spectrum disorders/liliPrevious experience in supervision required/li/ulh3Additional Eligibility Requirements/h3ulliMust abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB/liliMust abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom/liliMust have reliable transportation, drivers license, insurance, and smart phone/liliWork positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff/liliDemonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude/liliAbility and desire to work collaboratively with all team members, departments, and disciplines/liliRequires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills/liliAbility to communicate effectively, both oral and written/li/ulh3Work Environment/h3ulliMust be able to
