General Office / Customer Service / Billing AssistantWoodford Oil Company is currently looking for a General Office / Customer Service / Billing Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office tasks. This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.Responsibilities:Perform daily work in ways that optimizes efficiencySort and distribute communications in a timely mannerMaintain trusting relationship with suppliers, customers and colleaguesPerform counter sales and help with walk-in customer service when necessaryCollect all information needed to enter and calculate invoicesCheck the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final invoiceReceive and assist with inbound call traffic, emails, or other forms of communication with customers and co-workersRequirements:Must be able to work amicably with other assistants, office assistants, virtual assistants, billing clerks or general accounting staffKnowledge of MAC computer systemsWorking knowledge of general office equipmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAble to lift 50 poundsHigh School diploma.
