Job Duties:
- Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Provide directional guidance and general information about the estate and grounds
- Support visitor flow and assist with light cleanup in guest areas as needed
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit for all guests
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable with light cleaning duties and maintaining neat appearance of guest areas
