Consultor/a Líder SAP SuccessFactors — Performance & Goals y Compensation / Variable Pay

Sobre el rol Buscamos un/a Consultor/a Senior que lidere proyectos de implantación y roll-out de los módulos Performance & Goals (PMGM) y Compensation / Variable Pay de SAP SuccessFactors, actuando como referente funcional ante el cliente y coordinando al equipo de consultores. Responsabilidades Liderar proyectos end-to-end: toma de requerimientos, diseño funcional, configuración, testing, formación y go-live. Actuar como interlocutor/a principal con las áreas de RRHH y Compensación del cliente. Diseñar y configurar ciclos de evaluación del desempeño, gestión de objetivos, plantillas de compensación, planes de retribución variable y presupuestos. Coordinar y dar soporte al equipo de consultores junior/medios asignados al proyecto. Gestionar planificación, alcance, riesgos y entregables del proyecto. Asesorar al cliente en mejores prácticas de procesos de talento y compensación. Participar en preventa: demos, estimaciones y propuestas técnicas. Requisitos Experiencia en SAP SuccessFactors con, al menos, una implantación end-to-end (E2E) completa en Performance & Goals y/o Compensation / Variable Pay. Certificación SAP SuccessFactors en PMGM y/o Compensation (valorable Variable Pay). Experiencia demostrable liderando proyectos y equipos. Conocimiento sólido de procesos de RRHH: gestión del desempeño, ciclos de compensación, retribución variable, calibración. Residencia en España. Español nativo o bilingüe e inglés fluido (proyectos internacionales). Valorable: conocimiento de Employee Central, People Analytics / Reporting (Story Reports) y experiencia en entornos multinacionales.
