Sewer Scope Technician and Home Inspector

Currently, we are hiring for a Sewer Scope Technician who can also assist in additional services such as mold sampling, radon set and pick up, water quality sampling and learn to conduct home inspections on a as needed basis. Job Requirements: · Business minded with strong attention to detail. · Extensive plumbing/sewer/construction knowledge is preferred. We will provide you will all the tools necessary. · Must be able to learn the sewer scope equipment and inspection software and produce thorough, error free reports. · Need to live between Denver and Firestone and willing to travel as there will be an extensive amount of driving for this position. · Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service. · Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs. Marketing is part of the position when not inspecting. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great listening skills. · Basic IPAD/IOS/Excel knowledge. · Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with Real Estate agents and customers. · A great attitude with good presence and energy. · Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised is a must. · Good driving record, valid driver’s license, and insurance, must be able to provide a current MVR record. A company vehicle will be provided once fully trained. · Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time. · Ability to pass all employment screening and a technical knowledge exam. · Required to authorize background checks. · Available to work Saturdays and some early evenings. Pay is determined by experience and the work completed. The pay listed is a minimum. Experience and qualifications will determine starting base pay. Non Solicitation Required.
