Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are currently working with a client in Indiana who is currently looking for a physician to provide outpatient primary care in an all adult population. This is a Locum Tenens need and is scheduled for 13 weeks with the option to extend if desired by both parties. Brief details below:

• 13 week assignment with the option to extend.
• Weekly Pay.
• Competitive Hourly pay.
• Schedule can be 5/8 hour days ( Monday through Friday) or 4/10 hour days ( Monday - Thursday).
• No weekends, No on call, No Holidays
• Malpractice insurance 100% paid for and provided.
• Must have an active and unrestricted DEA, and an active BLS certification.
• Must be Board Certified and have an active license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana.
