IT Business Analyst Indianapolis, IN, United States | req28940 What you will enjoy doing You will gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional/technical specifications Analyze and improve business processes; create workflows, user stories, and supporting documentation Support Oracle EBS systems (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement), including upgrades and enhancements Plan and manage IT projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, resources, and delivery Coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution Provide technical support through SQL analysis, system integrations, data migration, and UAT/testing coordination What makes you great Possess a bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years of IT business analysis experience Hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or JDE to support and optimize business processes Experience in manufacturing environments to align technology with operational needs Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to drive clarity and informed decision-making Excel at managing multiple priorities, working both independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and deliver results Enhance project success by leveraging project management practices, Agile methodologies, ERP integrations, and knowledge of supply chain and production processes Why you will love working with us Linde Advanced Material Technologies, formerly Praxair Surface Technologies, is a company that revolutionizes industries through innovative materials and surface coatings.
