The Dublin location (Avery Square Shopping Center) is hiring hair stylists and barbers for our busy and fast-growing, male-centric salon. Job Types: Full time (30+ hours per week) and Part time Pay: Up to $35,000 (PT) and $98,000 (FT) per year Apply if you are a barber or cosmetologist who is passionate about men's hair and want a supportive, drama-free, team-oriented environment with other amazing hair artists focused on providing the best service possible! Hair Stylist/Barber Responsibilities Perform full salon services including hair cutting (buzz cuts, fades, scissor cuts), beard sculpting, coloring and styling Energetic professionals that love the precision of cutting men's hair and specializing in men's grooming Able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends Excellent customer service skills to engage with our clients and provide them with a memorable experience Self-motivation with a drive to enhance and expand your skills We offer NO BOOTH RENTAL GUARANTEED hourly wage as a W2 employee PLUS a very competitive service commission pay Tips Products provided - no cost to you Semi-private space Immediate clientele - we have more customers than we can handle...that's why we need you!
