MULTI-CRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Dayton, OH | $25–$35/HR | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with a strong background in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and general industrial maintenance .

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, completing preventive maintenance, and responding to repairs to help maintain safe and efficient production operations.

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot motors, pumps, conveyors, machinery, and production equipment
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation
• Perform basic plumbing, piping, and facility maintenance as needed
• Identify equipment issues and determine appropriate corrective action
• Complete maintenance work safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Support production by reducing equipment downtime and maintaining equipment reliability

• Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs independently
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• PLC, VFD, controls, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus

$25–$35 per hour , based on experience and technical skill set.
