Come join our team!What Will You DoShort-term forecasting:Capture customers short-term forecast requirementsPropose short-term sales forecasts, based on the analysis of customer elementsAlert the appropriate parties of major variations in requirements/forecasts.Manage Order & delivery:Capture, records and commits customer orders according to customer needs, agreement and defined service levelPropose product alternatives should a phase-out or shortage occurCoordinate and optimize the deliveries based on customer/partner requirementsManage the advanced stocks:Have the quantities required delivered in the shipping facility to ensure supply is delivered timely for the clientDetect stock variance and implement corrective actionsOrganize transport:Handle journey tracking and prepare relevant documentation, including necessary documents for the invoicing and customs operations to proceed in an accurate mannerMonitor Execution:Handle customer orders portfolio and monitor execution; inform and follow up with customersLiaise with appropriate partners to ensure timely deliveries and commitment to serviceProactively alert customer in case of any event, delay or failure regarding the service commitment and engage in the search for a solution to the customerManually plan the non-automated orders/loads issued, in accordance with customer commitmentsApply corrective actions in the relevant applicationsManage Request:Capture all customer's requests & claims (physical, value, quality)Analyze and provide issue resolution or appropriate answer, includingHandling non –invoicing alerts or invoicing rejectionsReconcile customer disputes associated with claims and past due reconciliationContact, follow up and keep a tight loop with customerPerform root cause analysis and implements corrective actions to eliminate reoccurrences.Share recurring problems with the relevant internal partner(s) in order to find solutionsApply and improve work methods:Apply standards and procedures set by the entityContribute to continuous improvement to enhance work methods and customer experienceWhat Will You BringProficiency in French - written and verbal4 year degree or equivalent experiencePrevious customer service, accounts receivable, supply chain, or logistics experience is a plusExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) with a consistent track record of relationship building with customers and internal business partners with a servant leadership mentalityAn ability to discern varying customer and internal partner priorities and make quick, good decisionsEffective problem-solving skills to analyze, find the root cause, and implement solutions to eliminate/reduce the risk of the problem occurring again.Analytical skills to objectively examine data, recognize patterns, and make connections between seemingly unrelated ideas or conceptsWillingness to work a hybrid, in-office scheduleReady to Shape the Future of Innovation?Michelin is building a world-leading manufacturer of life-changing composites and experiences.
