divh2Sonographer/h2pPerforms diagnostic abdominal, vascular, small parts and pelvic sonography on neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients./ppRequirements:/pulliGraduate of Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Ultrasound or AMA Accredited School of Ultrasound./liliCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required through American Heart Association or the American Red Cross./liliRegistered or Registry Eligible by the ARDMS./liliWorking knowledge of Medical Terminology./liliAbility to effectively deal with patients, families, hospital staff and physicians./liliGood interpersonal skills./liliMust possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include bending, stooping, standing and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds./liliGood physical and mental fitness to meet demands of patients, families and physicians and call schedule./li/ul/div
